Trump created a clear path for Poiliviere but he failed to take it.By stating that he could best work with Carney, Trump without overtly interfering in the Canadian election, in essence freed Poiliviere of any assumption that he is or would be the Canadian Trump.All Poiliviere had to do was hit the Canadian and US airwaves with the simple message that once he was PM he would work things out with the American President on defense and trade issues. However, I was and still am very upset for his lack of support for Poilievre during our last election, and putting in tariffs so Carney could win because of Carney’s fear factor against Trump. I am not POd at all. What really burns me is the constant effort to divide Canadian and American citizens. Carney wants to join the lazy, do nothing EU? 75 years ago the EU, through NATO, got a sweetheart deal: America would provide security for the Europeans. Just my thought’s, I believe Trump backed Carney is that they both serve the same master. The play now is divide and conquer and that is the enslavement of the people into serves and using the economy to do it. There is a tightening of supplies (intentionally) causing costs to go through the roof. Fuel, gas, food, rent, etc and creeping interest rates. See 1981-1982.
