Not being a Jew and living on the left coast, Oregon, I am often amazed the Jews like Sen. Schumer are Democrats. Is domestic socialism really that more important than support for, survival of, Israel? It is important for the West that Israel survive as, currently, a backstop against non-West tyranny from the East. I am convinced that eventually the Arab people will get tired of fighting and join with Israel to build up commerce instead. Hoping I am not observing the start of the end times!
The problem with Schumer and all of the other politicians moving against Israel is that they are placing partisan politics ahead of morality and ethics. The fact that Schumer is Jewish would make it seem to be more repulsive. However, to use the new term, red/green alliance, all of them are anti-god and as Netanyahu said on the wrong side of the war between civilization and barbarity.
