I Get-It . . . In a Few Years, Trump’s Economic Policies Might Bear Tangible Fruit . . . But Public Opinion Does Not Have A Few Years To Wait.

You Can Show The Miracle On Wall Street . . . Then Temper It With The Poverty On Mainstreet.

Anne & I Are Staying Home Most Of This Summer. Not because we Didn’t Have Previous Getaway Plans . . . But Rather, because We Cannot Afford the Plans We Had, Which Were Never All That Extravagant.

Gas Costs Too Much, and the Price of a US Gallon (Liter-Canada) is Not Falling in an Appreciable Amount . . . Any Time Soon . . . War Or No War With Iran.

Eating Out Has Become Financially Exorbitant, when Two Hamburgers, Fries & Soft Drinks Cost as Much as $30-Plus, and Decent Accommodations on the Road, Even at RV Parks Have Become Prohibitive.

Thank God For The Costco $1.50 Hotdog & Drink.

And Then There Are The Costs Of Day-To-Day Living . . . Food, Energy & Shelter – Not to Mention the Cost of Raising Children, the Value of Pensions that Cannot Keep-Up with Inflation – And If You Are American – The Dread Of Healthcare.

I Get-It . . . There Are Many People Getting-By . . . But There Are Many More Who Are  Not, which is Why the Siren Call of Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Zohran Mamdani and an Army of Like-Minded Socialists is Resonating Throughout America.
