Let us not forget the America is the only country in the world that fought a war in its own borders with the intent to end slavery, a concept lost on so many. Not to mention the role of the American navy and its attempts to end slavery in the Islamic Ottoman Barbary States of North Africa. President Thomas Jefferson took a tough stance against the Barbary slave trading pirates . It was the USA that defeated the Barbary pirates in 2 separate Barbary Wars (1801-05) and thereafter in 1815.

Good article. Unfortunately I see no one in Canada who is able to clean up the liberal swamp here like Trump did in the U. S.
Tariffs are tax on residents of the country being tariffed. Trump Tariffs are paid by Americans. Think, it’s costing Americans more on anything they import, prices are increasing. Trump is filling his coffers with American money, not Canadian. If Canada had no tariffs on American goods they’d be less expensive for us. We would buy more and that would really p**s Trump off. Might make him think again about punishing Canada. Carney has to go. Israel must ignore world opinion & finish the job

Shalom. xclnt column. What most anti slave people refuse to acknowledge is that were many black slave owners. They owned black & white slaves. Check the history. Many northern states had slave owners & not just southern states. You r correct. Had Trump not hit the ground running this time, he wouldn’t be where he is at. This time he identified & got rid of traitors at the start. There r some still left who need to go. There r some things that he could have done better, but he still is the best.
