I know that at this time of the year, we’re all supposed to be looking at the coming year through rose-colored glasses – just like Pollyanna.
BUT I CAN’T.
I have NEVER written a New Year’s Message that does NOT look forward to the New Year. But, with heavy heart and serious concerns, I cannot see how 2012 will be a better year than was 2011, which in itself has been a disaster.
What is making me more pessimistic of the coming year than just somewhat, are several odious probabilities . . .
1 – Even if Obama loses the election in November 2012, which I assume he will, he still has a full year from now to continue to damage the United States and the rest of the world to the point of misery.
2 – Even though the Republicans will have chosen their new Presidential Candidate, probably Romney, I don’t think that he will have the gravitas to do the things that REALLY have to be done. I hope that I’m wrong.
3 – After 4-full years of Obama and Reid, with the previous two years of Pelosi in charge of the House, I think that they have so destroyed the American ethos that gave the world the American Dream . . . that Class Warfare will spill-out of the realm of rhetoric, and onto the streets.
The OCCUPIERS have yet to really meet the people who they’re pissing-off. And when they do, being pushed around a bit by the police will be mild to what they will get when face-to-face, the MAKERS will have finally had enough of them.
4 – The world is already bankrupt, but the politicians, bankers and investment thieves are delaying the inevitable, just to cover themselves in retreat, as they try to figure how to undo the undoable of their own making.
I’m certain that “Lady Guillotine” can’t be too far from their thoughts.
5 – The Arab/Moslem World will continue to form the 21st Century Caliphate, challenging Israel and the West in ways that most people can’t even begin to imagine.
6 – Because of America’s LEFT and their insane position for EVERYTHING TO BE GREEN, once the Arabs and South Americans decide to push the cost of oil beyond $200 a barrel, with no suitable developed American domestic reserves; heating, air-conditioning, travel and food costs within America will become prohibitive.
7 – Government at all levels will be looked upon with complete disdain as things continue to go from bad to worse because of them and their gross incompetence, greed, dishonesty, and meddling (regulations) into the personal affairs of the people who pay their bloated salaries, perks and benefits.
TAKING DOWN THE TAKERS:
One of the better things that can happen in 2012 is the collapse of the Something-For-Nothing Bunch, coupled to a social revolution where the MAKERS will begin the process of rescuing the country from the TAKERS.
THE WORST AND THE BEST:
The WORST or BEST thing that can happen in 2012 would be the reelection of Barack Hussein Obama.
It is the WORST thing that can happen because it will all but guarantee a social revolution the likes of which America has not seen since the Civil War.
It is the BEST thing that can happen because it will all but guarantee a social revolution the likes of which America has not seen since the Civil War.
OR . . . The Republicans will win it all in November 2012 with REAL TEA PARTY influence; and whomever becomes President will ask no quarter and take no prisoners.
AND THAT IS INDEED THE BEST WE COULD HOPE FOR.
In the meantime – I will continue to do in 2012, what I’ve been doing for decades, hoping that in my own small way . . . that I can make a difference.
TO EVERYONE WHO READS, LISTENS & SUPPORTS MY BLOG – THE BEST OF 2012 TO YOU!
Best Regards . . . Howard Galganov

Being newbies pulling a 36′ RV thru the mountains in a snow storm with an F150, you are damn lucky you made it. Really the 36′ RV is beyond the limits with the F150 being stock. Maybe on level land the F150 would do. To tell you the truth I’ve never seen anyone pull an RV that big with a 1/2 ton pickup. You need at least an F250 with a V-10 or diesel engine.
