Yesterday (Tuesday April 19, 2011), I wrote the following:
There’s an article making the Email Rounds by a By Doctor Walter Williams, who asks and answers his own question:
“Can President Obama be defeated in 2012? No. He can’t.”
The good Doctor, that is if such a person even exists, then goes on to explain in great detail why Obama is unbeatable.
HERE’S WHAT I THINK:
I think that maybe there is no Doctor Williams. Or, if there is a Doctor Williams, he is either living on a cloud or is playing a double game. And if he doesn’t really exist, then there is a LEFTIST who has had good fortune in having this BS so widely distributed.
Normally, I wouldn’t bother commenting on an email like this. But, because it is coming to my In-Box from so many different senders, I have to believe that it is being read by a significant number of people.
AND THAT MERITS A RESPONSE.
By Midnight, I received more than 100 emails telling me that Dr Williams does in fact exist. And that he is a TRUE CONSERVATIVE. Also, that he’s one of the real good-guys whom regularly substitutes for Rush Limbaugh when Limbaugh is not available to do his show.
Even though I enjoy listening to Limbaugh when I get the chance, I don’t have that much chance to do so.
This Web Site isn’t free for me to operate. And I’m not a man of leisure. So I have to make a living.
When most people are listening to Limbaugh and others like him, my wife and I are managing our advertising agency. I’m also occupied with clients and merchant promotions. And then there are the horses and the farm.
Because of what I have to do during the day, I have very little time to do some of the things I would really like to do such as listen to broadcasters like Rush Limbaugh, which explains why I never heard of Dr Walter Williams.
BUT THAT CHANGES NOTHING ABOUT THE GIST OF YESTERDAY’S EDITORIAL.
As it turns out, the letter was a SMEAR-JOB.
It was written by someone who wanted to use the Good Doctor’s name to cause mischief. But, I could not have known that. And neither could so many others who received that email sent in Dr Williams’ name.
BUT – IN MOST CLOUDS . . . ONE CAN OFTEN FIND A SILVER LINING:
This email that was nastily accredited to Dr Williams opened a serious window for people like me to further explain to many dispirited Conservatives that the White House Propaganda War is nothing more than empty rhetoric.
You cannot believe the number of despondent emails I received as a result of this fraud. People believed what they read. And now that I know something about Dr Williams who this lie was attributed to, I can understand why they felt beaten as a result of Williams’ analysis, which wasn’t his at all.
This FRAUD created a golden opportunity to list POINT by POINT why Obama is NOT going to win in 2012, which would not have happened without it.
NOTHING COULD BE BETTER FOR US:
It has given Bloggers and Pundits an opening to continue on the offensive, forcing the LEFT to stay where they are, trying to defend the indefensible.
As many of you might have noticed. Much of the time, when I respond to your emails, it is around midnight, since I do not have the time during the day.
But, I do like to read what you write. And I do like to respond. But please do not overwhelm me.
Here are a few things I ask you to consider before emailing me:
1 – Is it pertinent to something that is really important to the debate?
2 – If it is a thread of an email conversation you are having with someone else. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE ME.
3 – Even though, like anyone else, I too enjoy having a laugh, I do not have the time or capacity to read email jokes. Please do not send them.
4 – When writing to me, PLEASE keep it very brief. It has come to the point that I can no longer read LONG emails.

Howard, I see Islam as a devouring force of evil setting the stage. For Satan to accomplish his One World Power. Christians call it the Anti Christ. And there is no doubt their hatred for Christians has been made evident for centuries. Israel Has felt their bitter hatred since the birth of Ishmael. And yet as you say through ignorance. Both believe there is a possibility of co-existence with Muslims. The father of the lie is their, Master Allah is Satan himself.
