A Vote For Obama Is A Vote Against The American Dream

Obama's America wants to punish those who are willing to fail in order to succeed, and reward those who won’t succeed because they are not willing to fail.

As Canada has continued to slide ever more to the Left, Anne and I have harbored an interest in moving South to the USA where LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS is the American dream.

But that’s beginning to look like a dream that was part of yesterday. And because of what appears to be a victory for Obama, Canada is looking better and better.

I won’t go into any detail about Barack Obama’s horrible personal relationships, or how he managed to snooker two elections (State & Federal Senate), since most of the people reading Galganov.com already know the sordid details.

I won’t even delve into the incredible void in his resume, and the absolute lack of any significant accomplishments in his life other than getting elected because you probably know that as well.

I won’t even write about his extraordinary Leftist agenda that will indeed move the world’s greatest free enterprise nation towards the slippery slope of Marxism. Obama’s already made that philosophy public knowledge.

Please believe me when I write that all of these terrible things about Obama pale next to the reason he has got to where he is, because it seems that half of the American people have been brainwashed into believing that what once made the USA great, is what has to be changed.

The greatest challenge facing the USA is not Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barney Frank or any of the other bad political actors. They are ONLY symptomatic of the greater disease.

The disease is America’s shift from personal responsibility to reliance on the government. It is the growing socialist belief that those who work hard, take the risks, and make-it in life should somehow feel guilt and responsibility for those who do not.

The Obama philosophy of spreading the wealth has become the philosophy of far too many people in the USA who want something for nothing.

It is fascinating how so many ultra-wealthy people, especially performers and the media who want to spread the wealth are in love with the likes of Obama, when in fact, they would probably never have made their fortunes if this spreading the wealth policy existed on their way to their own personal riches.

But, now that these wealthy elitists have ‘made-it’, they want everyone else to spread their wealth.

When the USA enacted Affirmative Action in all facets of life, from government and corporate hiring, to places set aside in colleges and universities based on skin color rather than ability. It was the beginning of the end.

What made America GREAT wasn’t that the USA artificially leveled the playing field. It was just the opposite. People who excelled in any endeavor were justly rewarded.

The chance of becoming wealthy has always been the greatest impetus for people to succeed. For the chance of becoming wealthy, some people work harder than can be described, while some people just buy lottery tickets.

Even Pavlov, back in the late 1890’s understood the relationship between action and reward. The America of the 21st century has become clueless about what makes some people great and others ordinary.

Here is the difference between why the USA is great and the rest of the world is not.

America has always stood for everyone’s RIGHT to succeed or fail. And for those who failed, they also knew they had the RIGHT to try again and fail again as many times as it would take to finally make-it.

Obama’s America wants to punish those who are willing to fail in order to succeed, and reward those who won’t succeed because they are not willing to fail.

This election is critical to the entire world. If the Left finally assassinates the American dream, there is no other country on this planet that will be capable of keeping the dream alive.

A victory for Barack Obama will be a victory for the ordinary.

This election has far less to do with just electing a President of the USA and the next world leader, it has to do with the very survival of the American Dream which energizes the whole world.

A VICTORY FOR OBAMA WILL BE A DEFEAT FOR AMERICA.

If Obama wins, it will be the equivalent to the Boston Tea Party, in as much as it will be the catalyst of a vicious social revolution that will tear the USA apart, between those willing to try, and those willing to live off the risk and success of those who have tried and succeeded.

Canada is looking better and better.

  1. Hi Howard

I am 100% in agreement with what you wrote…except for one thing. I do not think that there will be November elections. Martial law is on the way. I think before November.
