Ezra Levant Versus Canada’s Defilers Of Human Rights.

Canada is so messed-up, that it has become like Humpty Dumpty who had a great fall. And in spite of all the king’s horses and all the king’s men, they can’t put Humpty Dumpty back together again.

In our case, there are people who are trying to put Canada back together again. And I am proud to say that I am one of them. But I’m just one of many willing to put it on the line.

Another, who is a true Canadian hero, is Ezra Levant of Calgary, who pulls no punches while fighting for all of us to enjoy what we believe to be inalienable freedoms; but are not.

We believe that we have the RIGHT to FREE speech and FREEDOM of the press. THINK AGAIN!

Ezra Levant was the publisher of the Western Standard Magazine, which is no longer in business. He was one of the very few in Canada with the courage to republish the Danish Mohamed Cartoons that got the world of Islam (the religion of peace) all up in arms.

You remember the Mohamed cartoons that looked mild in comparison to the political cartoons we regularly see of our leaders in our mainstream and fringe media.

Whatever the cartoons illustrated about Mohamed was nothing compared to what they could have depicted, since Mohamed was a defiler of humanity, a pedophile, and a vicious barbarian who carved a swath in blood as he stormed the world spreading his vile religion.

What I just wrote about Mohamed and the religion of peace is enough to get me fast-tracked to a Human Rights Commission, as it did to Ezra Levant.

Here’s what you should know about these appointed bureaucratic pukes.

It was Prime Minister Pierre Elliot Trudeau (who else?) who in 1977 thought it was a great idea to foist yet another bureaucracy upon the people of Canada.

The Canadian Human Rights Commission was established to protect the rights of minorities from actual discrimination, in the likes of being refused membership, employment, housing – etcetera, based upon color, ethnicity, religion, gender – etcetera once again.

Each province has its own Human Rights Commission.

Like all appointed bureaucracies, these bastards at the Human Rights Commissions decided to make themselves and their commissions far more vital and important than they were ever meant to be.

So important, that they assumed the role of being the politically correct police of Canada, to the point where they sit in a position of absolute power over freedom of speech and freedom of the press.

That’s right. FREEDOM OF SPEECH and FREEDOM OF THE PRESS!

They have the power to force YOU to attend their hearings and to defend yourself without a lawyer present, or any supporters they deem to be unacceptable.

Every facet of the way they conduct their hearings is absolutely contrary to our existing framework and cornerstone of Western law. Yet, they get away with it.

Here’s how it is working in the case of Ezra Levant:

A Moslem group took offence at the cartoons published in Levant’s magazine. They went to the Alberta Human Rights Commission (AHRC) demanding an apology and compensation.

The AHRC contacted Levant and told him that there is a complaint against him and his magazine for the cartoons, and that a date has been set for him to defend himself before a Commissioner.

HE MUST ATTEND. And he must defend himself without the right of having a lawyer present.

I don’t know if this particular Commissioner who summoned Levant is a lawyer, but most of them are not. Most of them are just schmucks who couldn’t get or do an honest job, and were appointed because they knew someone.

In Canadian law, we have the right to face our accuser. We have the right to be represented by a lawyer. We have the right to interrogate our accuser. And we have the right to be judged by a jury of our peers or a judge with an intimate knowledge of the law.

With Human Rights Commissions, all of that is nonsense, since the Commissioners are the complainant, the prosecutor, the jury, the judge and the executioner.

And this became a part of Canada – how?

Most people who receive a letter from these Human Rights Commissions crap themselves, hoping that something could be worked out.

BUT NOT EZRA LEVANT.

EZRA LEVANT told them (in my words) to FUCK-OFF, and went at them the way these bullies like to go after their usually quivering victims. But Levant isn’t a quiverer. He wants their blood, and is willing if necessary to spill his own to get it.

Here is a very important fact:

The Human Rights Commission has the power to levy a fine and incremental punishment. But the victim of the Commission has the right to appeal it in a real court. And that’s where Ezra Levant will be going.

The best way I can describe Ezra Levant is thus: They don’t make many like him anymore.
