Let’s Start Campaigning Now

I assure you, that if my voice isn’t in Parliament speaking for you. You will not have a voice.

It’s interesting how our politicians have become brainwashed with the concept that 96% of a population must somehow suffer, even in minutia, for the rights of 4% to feel good about themselves by bullying the majority.

My position is, was and will continue to be to allow anyone and everyone to post a sign in the language of his or her choice. I also believe stores should have the inalienable right to deal with their clients in the language of the store owner’s choice.

I am absolutely fed up with what French speakers want. I don’t want to hear about it any more. And I certainly do not want to have to pay for it.

I am quite confident that the combination of Official Bilingualism, the payoffs given to Quebec and Quebec companies, the demand to hire bilingual staff in the private sector, and the unrecorded cost to individuals who have moved from Quebec to get away from French ethnocentric nationalism is as much as, and greater than ONE TRILLION DOLLARS.

Normal accounting procedures estimate that the cost of bilingualism and appeasement to Quebec is in the range of three quarters of a TRILLION dollars.

I contend, that when you factor in the human cost of official bilingualism, of which my wife and I are indicative, the cost goes far beyond a TRILLION dollars.

It is nearly impossible for us to imagine the scope of what one TRILLION dollars represents.

One million dollars is 1,000 x’s $1,000.

One billion dollars is 1000 x’s $1,000,000. Imagine what a thousand million dollars can buy?

One TRILLION dollars is 1,000 x’s $1,000,000,000.

One can’t even fathom what one thousand times one billion dollars can buy. That’s how much we’ve pissed away on Quebec and official bilingualism since the days of Pierre Elliott Trudeau.

What did we get in return for ONE TRILLION DOLLARS other than aggravation, insults and threats from Quebec?

Can you imagine what our healthcare would look like if we put just some of that money towards our hospitals, medical equipment and more trained healthcare providers? I assure you there would be no waiting lines.

Our soldiers are dying in Afghanistan because they have to convoy on the ground, because Canada couldn’t afford to buy them new helicopters. How many helicopters could Canada have bought with a TRILLION DOLLARS?

Our national debt is about half a TRILLION dollars. Without Quebec and official bilingualism, we would not have a debt that costs us nearly 40 billion dollars per year just to service.

Imagine what Canada could do with $40 billion dollars every year.

I HAVE HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH OF THIS NONSENSE!

Here’s my suggestion to Franco/Canadians outside of Quebec: Live your life in your language and let the rest of us live our lives in our language.

Because Canada is 96% English speaking, with the exclusion of French Quebec, French speakers should be willing and able to speak to the government of Canada in the English language.

And if that bothers French speakers who live outside the nation of Quebec, move to Quebec where French is supreme, and the unrestricted use of the English language is against the law.

Some people have written to me offering their support and their doubts that an Independent Candidate can win. They’re right, winning will be an improbable uphill battle. But that doesn’t mean I cannot win.

Here’s the reality of a win for me (us) as an Independent Candidate running on a platform to scrap the Official Languages Act, and to show the door to Quebec.

If I win, every politician in English Canada will take a very serious second look at where they stand on the rights of the individual, and the rights of the majority over the rights of less than 4% of the population who want to bully 96% to accommodate their Franco/Ethnocentricity.

If I win as a Conservative minded Independent with a platform to end this linguistic nonsense, all of Canada wins. It’s really as simple as that.

Here’s the bare-boned reality. I will fight to win the riding of Stormont, Dundas, South Glengarry with everything I’ve got. But I cannot win alone.

As I’ve written many times, I need your help.

We all have an interest in getting me to Ottawa. I will be your Independent Voice on many issues, but none greater than our Canadian right not to be bullied by a national population excluding French Quebec of less than 4%.

I assure you, that if my voice isn’t in Parliament speaking for you. You will not have a voice.

You don’t have to live in my riding to support me. You don’t have to wait for the writ to be dropped before you send your financial support for Galganov.com. There is no law that says I cannot knock on doors, place ads in newspapers and put up billboards before an election is called.

Let’s get a leg-up on the competition and give me the financial ammunition to start campaigning right now.

To see how you can help make the difference, click on the HOW TO SUPPORT GALGANOV DOT COM link at the bottom of this page.

I’m ready to fight and win. Are you?

Best Regards . . . Howard Galganov
