What’s Normal In The Arab Middle East.

Killing the Bastards was not just the best strategy, it was the ONLY strategy.

Would you negotiate with someone, who says: Give us what we want in three months, or we’ll start killing you all over again; and think that’s “normal”?

That’s exactly what the Palestinians have said to Israel in the latest rounds of Middle Eastern futility called the Road Map to Peace.

It is ludicrous of Israel to really believe they could ever make a deal with people who have this sort of mind-set.

Give us what we want or we’ll kill you seems to be an acceptable bargaining position in the Arab Middle East. Let’s hope our public trade unions never catch on to this negotiating tactic.

On July 22, 2003, the American military killed the Iraqi “Pig-Latin” brothers, Uday and Qusay were “Eday” on Tuesday. They also killed Qusay’s 14 year old son Ixnay. Sorry, I couldn’t help myself.

At the military press conference to discuss the killings, an ABC reporter alluded that the killing of these barbarians was a great failure, since the brothers should have been taken alive.

The US General giving the press conference couldn’t believe what he was hearing from the schmuck from ABC.

A failure! How could the killing of torturers, rapists and murderers be a failure?

To this, the ABC ingrate who wouldn’t take victory, or American military success, or justice for an answer, insisted that by taking them alive, the USA could have sources for valuable information.

Had the USA taken them alive, the Americans would have living Arab martyrs in prison, and a rallying point for the Batthists and American haters throughout the Middle East and Moslem world. The evil brothers would have become the victims.

Killing the Bastards was not just the best strategy, it was the ONLY strategy.

Bianca Jagger, the human rights advocate, who was interviewed on one of the US news cable networks was devastated that the Americans didn’t try to take the Iraqi brothers alive. And in killing them, she suggests, the USA violated their rights according to the Geneva Convention.

When the interviewer reminded Jagger, that the American forces which surrounded the brothers’ reenforced compound hailed them to surrender, the brothers didn’t even respond.

When the Americans entered the building, once again demanding the surrender of the brothers, they were shot at. Four of the Americans were wounded.

The brothers refused every offer to surrender, and put up a hell of a fight. At that point, the decision was made to just assault the building with everything the Americans had on hand, including TOW missiles. Good-bye “Pig-Latin” boys.

Not to be deterred, Bianca Jagger stuck to her whine that the killers known as Uday and Qusay should not have been killed.

Then there are the Iraqis who are thrilled that the brothers have been killed, but are unhappy that they weren’t tortured. More of the Middle Eastern mind-set.

However; if the brothers couldn’t be tortured, at least let’s see pictures of them dead! Demand the elated Iraqis.

And by the way. It’s still – Yankees go home.

Then there is Iran, where an Iranian born journalist, and naturalized Canadian citizen was murdered for taking pictures of a demonstration in front of an Iranian prison.

First: The Iranians said she died from a brain haemorrhage.

Then: They said that she died by self-slamming her head into the wall.

Then: They said that she died when an interrogator repeatedly hit her in the head with his shoe. That one I believe.

Then: They said there would be an investigation; not by just one person, but rather by FOUR highly placed members of the Islamic government. As if FOUR lying thugs are more believable and honest than just ONE lying thug.

Then: They named the government official who ordered her detention to lead the investigation.

Then: They buried her body against the wishes of her family and the Canadian Government.

My all time favorite is Saeb Erekat, who is a big shot with the Palestinian Authority, and was the Palestinian chief peace negotiator (now there’s an oxymoron) who shouted from the highest rafters, that Israel massacred MORE than 500 Palestinian men, women and children in Jenin. Only for this accusation to be revealed for the lie it was.

After being outed as a liar, Erekat shouted about yet another perceived Israeli atrocity saying: “This time I mean it. This time it’s true”. And he expected the world to believe him, even after he thoroughly embarrassed all of the anti-Israeli media and the anti-Israeli UN.

This is the Arab Middle East where Saudi princes numbering in the thousands discard broken Rolls Royces becasue they couldn’t be bothered to fix them, while their people live in poverty.

This is a part of the world where the standards we live by, are so out of whack as to what is accepted as the norm in the Arab Middle Eastern societies, that for all intents and purposes, we are two completely different social and political species.

And these are the people the LEFTIES champion. And the people the LEFTIES favor over Israel and the United States of America.

As I have stated repeatedly: The USA must find a way to declare victory in Iraq. Put in place a Western supporting strongman who plays by the rules of the region. And then get the hell out.

As for Israel: They should keep their powder dry, and continue to build the wall.

If the Arab Middle East ever changes for the better, it won’t be any time soon. And the sooner the pacifists, appeasers, and America and Israel haters realize this, the better it will be for everyone.
