It’s Time To Say Goodbye To The UN

Just this past week, the Islamic UN contingent decided that people who kill Israeli Jews are not terrorists. "They are freedom fighters". And remarkably, our Canadian Minister for Foreign Affairs, John Manley agrees.

Dateline: November 27, 2001 – Israel: Two more Israeli Jews are murdered by Arab Terrorists while standing at bus stop.

That’s the way the headline should read. But; given the UN predilection to support everything that is Anti-Israel. It won’t.

Just this past week, the Islamic UN contingent decided that people who kill Israeli Jews are not terrorists. “They are freedom fighters”. And remarkably, our Canadian Minister for Foreign Affairs, John Manley agrees.

Canada participated with a vengeance at the Durban: “UN – Let’s See How Anti-Semitic We Can Be” Conference on anti-racism. Canada should be ashamed of itself. But it is not.

The UN has accomplished nothing more than to provide a platform for some of the world’s worst and most vicious bad actors. It has given funds and credibility to the very least credible. And if it wasn’t for the United Nations, most of the world’s savages would be as irrelevant as they should be.

Canada wastes a fortune on this hypocritical world body, where our money could be far better spent “investing” in the health, education and well-being of our own. Instead, Canada throws gazillions of tax payer dollars at pathetic “anti-everything” – “but the despots” NGO’s.

If the United Nations stands for anything. It stands for the losers of the world united.

When I was just a kid, I used to break my ass collecting money for UNICEF. And I knew all the words to the UN song that went: United Nations makes a chain. Every link is freedom’s name. Put your hand on the plow, hold on. What a load of pathetic propaganda.

I stopped giving to UNICEF when I discovered two things. First: the money went to countries that had a visceral hatred for the West, democracy and very often Judaism and Israel. Second: the countries that receive all this money don’t seem to have enough to feed their children; but seem to have more than enough to buy weapons and host expensive delegations at the UN.

Ask yourself the following question. What has the UN done recently or previously, other than to create the State of Israel; to have bettered the position of the world? If you can find anything significant, I will be more impressed than somewhat.

At the same time. Ask yourself this question. How much atrocity has been carried out by people who sit prominently as members of the United Nations? It will be an awful lot easier to make that list.

Does Syria, which holds a two year seat on the influential and prestigious UN Security Council come to mind? It should. Think of the slaughter of Hama and the Syrian police state. Enough said.
