My Birthday Was On February 12th (73-Years Old). But I decided to Wait Until Today to Thank Everyone for their Best Wishes, since Many Well-Wishers Waited Until Yesterday to Send their Best Regards & Congratulations.
Also – I Wanted to Wait Until a Day After St Valentine’s Day, to Make Sure that all the Sweethearts out there were Able to Reflect & Enjoy the Moment . . . I Know That I Certainly Did.
Being A Diabetic, I Stay Away from all Forms of Sugar (At Least As Best I Can), which Means Anne Stays Away Too, since We Don’t Bring any Sugary Treats into the Home. But Yesterday, while Shopping at Trader Joe’s in Gainesville Florida, I Stocked-Up Pretty Much on a Large Variety of Valentine Day Sweets . . . For My Sweet Bride Of Almost 50-Years (May 1, 1973).
MAYBE THIS SUPER BOWL WAS A CULTURAL GAME-CHANGER:
Also . . . I Didn’t Watch the Super Bowl, because, After Being a Sports Junky and an Athlete for Much of my Youth (Life), Realizing a Few Years Ago, Especially Once the Players Decided to Take a Knee to the Flag & Anthem, which Made them Ridiculously Wealthy, Simply by Playing a Child’s Game, Wearing a Team “Costume” that Made them Feel like Warriors . . . I Had & Have Zero Interest In Watching.
In Addition – Even Before the Players Started Disrespecting the American Flag & Anthem, I Turned-Off Watching the Super Bowl and all NFL Football Games, when the Half Time Shows Became Debaucherous (Vulgar) to Society & Insulting & Racist Against White People.
After Saying The Preceding . . . I was Thrilled to See the YouTubes of the Opening Celebrations, where No Player Took a Knee, for which they Don’t Deserve any Adulation, since Taking a Knee is Nothing Short of a National Insult.
I Was Also Pleased . . . More Than Just Somewhat, to Have Seen & Heard the Playing and Singing of America The Beautiful By Baby Face . . . Followed by the Incredible Rendition of the National Anthem Performed By Chris Stapleton . . . And Nick Sirianni, Coach of the Eagles, Wasn’t the Only Adult who Cried at the Singing of the American National Anthem, Especially The Way It Was Performed.
ONE COUNTRY – ONE ANTHEM:
But It Wasn’t All Good . . . As The Black National Anthem was also Performed Before the Game, which to Me is an Insult to the Majority of the American People of any and all Colors, Races & Cultures.
America Does Not Favor Color, Gender, Thought Or Religion.
The Total Population Of Black Americans, which Includes Bi-Racial Americans like Barack Hussein Obama & Kamila Harris, and People who Don’t Look Black but have Some Black Genealogy . . . Represents About 12% Of The Total American Population.
Let Me Give You A Juxtaposition . . . There is about 2% of the Total American Population that Defines themselves as Jews In America, Not Jewish Americans, But Rather Americans Who Happen To Be Jewish.
In Proportion to the Benefits of One Cultural Group, to the Overall Success to a Nation, There Is No Minority In America . . . that has Contributed More to the American Dream than the Jewish Community, Going all the Way Back to Financing the American Revolution (Hayom Solomon) . . . that Led to the Defeat of the British Army at Yorktown Virginia.

Thanks, Howard, for your continued tidbits of information relating to life on this planet. We all come from backgrounds that we can find both good & bad ancestry. Let’s try to concentrate on the good but be aware of the bad and not become too puffed up or self-righteous. Right now the “colored skin” peoples seem to be having tantrums about past history, too bad, maybe that is just life. None of us is perfect. Let’s just try to get along a bit better!

Great editorial. I did watch the National Anthem sung to see if anyone took a knee, then turned it to the music channel. So glad you, Anne and Tavor had time with friends and family over the week-end including Valentine’s Day. After 8yrs of Trudeau gov’t they have decided to increase Health Costs by 46.5B over 10yrs a drop in the bucket for the MORE populated Provinces & 10 Prov. & 3 Territories do the math.We are loosing our Dr’s.NO NEW MONEY for LAST 8yrs of NO increase…FIRE TRUDEAU LIB’

Re: being a Diabetic . . . I am a diabetic (type 2) too. I am stubborn, meaning I don’t go to doctors (except ophthalmologist & dentist). Well circumstances intervened and now I’m on Metformin. Many people are either Diabetic or Prediabetic. Sugar, simple carbs and other “junk food” are terrible on the human body. And our government and the medical industry in general are complicit. Meaning, they still show simple carbs (such as cereals, rice and potatoes) as being healthy food.
As always, I agree 100%… and you are absolutely correct about the lack of respect given our Jewish ancestors. God bless you for being brave enough for putting the truth out there!!!

Well, I’m with you Sir. I played sports most of my life, always stood for the National Anthem, and saluted our flag as a veteran. I quit watching, going and supporting Pro Sports as the Greedy Buggers keep wanting more and more to play a game. How many of the Pros have criminal records or use drugs and arrested for violence? Too many. How about these Pros being required to serve 2 years in our Military before they can turn pro? Biden wants an army of Woke fools.
Agree with you on Super Bowl & sports in this article.I wrote the same thing in an article for my local paper for next week. Sometimes I am just baffled by people accepting the vulgarity of the no talent performers that are chosen every year for the Super Bowl entertainment. I hope they don’t let their children watch the garbage put on as entertainment But I doubt that happens much anymore.
