Many of us cringe hearing Trump talk that way about America’s friends and his boasts. BUT. He sure has turned this country around in a short time. Most politicians are smooth talkers who produce nothing useful in their decades in the halls of power and retire worth multi-millions. I’ll take 4 years of verbal abuse if he Keeps America Great Again.
No matter how insulting, condescending, etc. Trump can ever be, he will always be a million times better than Obama-Biden administration who gave billions in cash money to Iran terrorist to enable them to develop nuclear weapons, ballistic missiles and fund their terrorist proxies throughout the middle East and the whole world as a matter of fact.
Trump said this because the leftist democrats and their MSM lapdogs keep saying that Trump is being controlled by Israel. Could he have said it more diplomatically? Yes, but that is not Trump. I’m from NY and New Yorkers are brash and not diplomatic. He was 37-0 for primary candidates that he supported, so he is still the GOP MAGA guy. Time will tell what happens with Iran!
The US/Israel relationship is the greatest in the world. Neither country has any better friend. And each one gives what it can to the other of what they need. This does not harm the US in any way, contrary to what all the ignorant radicals shout. It improves it. Each share the same values, enemies, etc. And it is the strategy of these very enemies (US/Israel haters) to divide these two and conquer.

These two men are great friends and superior leaders of their countries.
I agree with your column 100%. What I can’t decide is why Trump acts and brags like he does. He is either so in love with himself and his power OR he suffers from an infertility complex brought on by a very strong father, with who he constantly had to keep proving himself. Is it possible that that is the cause of his braggadocio? What do you think?
Howard, I do agree with everyone’s asking “why can’t Trump keep his mouth shut”. I also agree that his privileged butt dodged the draft. I volunteered and served in Vietnam in 67/ 68 and most of my 13 months was in direct conflict with the enemy. My response to those questioning his big mouth and obnoxious bravado is: yes he is an obnoxious a hole but he is OUR obnoxious a hole. Never forget that we crucified the only perfect MAN to walk the face of this earth. He is THE BEST president
