In 1980 the last edition of US News and World Report before the election said it was to close to call.Reagan won 49 states.That was before the education establishment destroyed education but we can pray.
Perfect reflection that highlights how subterfuge used to tear away at our liberties the framers bestowed on the U.S. citizens in our Constitution. Thank you again Howard. But I also have a challenge. We speak and write about the Left and the Right, but that is wrong in my opinion. The Constitution was written with the American citizen in mind. I believe each person LIVING in the U.S. lives as the central node of a panopticon being pulled in every direction during their lifetime.
And they call us racists when THEY are the racists. They say we stifle free speech when THEY stifle free speech. They call us climate deniers when they use “climate change” to ruin the environment, e.g. by preventing good forestry management, thus creating these huge fires all over. P.S. None of us can be “good enough”. That’s the human dilemma. God doesn’t want us to be good enough but to be His person, and we’ll grow in His goodness.
Tonight as I atone for my sins, I will ask G-d to open the eyes of all my fellow Jews to the truths about who the enemies are within—the liberals. A great article, right on target. One item, the SCOTUS can rule on law issues but has no enforcement power. The Executive is free to ignore its rulings but does not out of (recent) tradition. The remedy is impeachment or the Congress passing enabling legislation which if ignored the recourse is impeachment. Another example is the Dem Pres. Jackson ignoring the SCOTUS ruling on Indian removal in Georgia (1832). “Justice Marshal has his ruling now lets see him enforce it.”
I felt Karine Jean-Pierre’s response to Doucy’s question was defensive, not informational. I read a commentary this morning stating the Dems in charge could care less about those folks in western NC because they represent “Red” territory (conservatives). Same for those affected areas in GA & FL & now Milton. Voting will be the last thing in those folks minds now & those pushing Harris know it & are happy about it.
