Great editorial HG! I’ve often said, I am a peaceful man, until you attempt to hurt any of my loved ones…then look out…rules go out the window!
War is h***. Israel has been dragged into war by heinous terrorists and must protect its people. I support the present government of Israel 100%—too bad my country, the USA, doesn’t have any leadership within its present regime. And as for the majority of black American journalists, they seem to be in full support of a divisive political leadership. Shame on them for selling out the hard working, honest black American population and the rest of us.
I’m more concerned about “What Israel wants to do?” It’s evident that the world in general is against Israel. My question is, where do Israelis around the world want? The answer I hear and see is very confusing. If you want to win, you must first confess this to your audience. Not just coming from your leader but the followers, the populace. One man cannot fight a war on his own, it takes a group of dedicated people. I just don’t see that coming out of the world wide Jewish community
We know now the Natl Assn of Black Journalists is not a serious organization, not to be listened to. It could have had substance. Just as I cannot now listen to my govt & trust what it says.I think I know where this has come from. We are in dangerous times. No matter which political party, when has America had to worry about keeping a nominee ALIVE? The Left seems not to view things as serious; winning is what matters. I read a verse in the Bible today that immediately hit me as a perfect description of today’s world. James 3:16 says, “For where envy & self-seeking exist, confusion & every evil thing will be there.” And it will get worse & worse because we not only put our Creator out of gov’t, but out of our lives. Deeply impressed with operation “Paging Hezbollah”. This implies that the Mossad was able to intervene with the supply chain either at or distal to the factory in Taiwan where these beepers were manufactured. If the device “alteration” did indeed occur at the factory level, then that implies a whole new level of cooperation between Israel and Taipei, as I cannot imagine how thousands of such beepers could undergo such hardware “upgrades” without cooperation at some level.
