Because of Fresh Recollections of the Prices we very Recently Spent on Food & Sundries in America – in Comparison to the Cost we Spent Yesterday in Canada . . . The Comparison Between South Carolina & Ontario Were Abhorrent.
Even With The Currency Exchange DifferentialOf About 40%, which Means that for Every US Dollar We Spent, We Spent the Equivalent of $1.40 Canadian . . . And The Products We Purchased In America Still Cost Less.
The Insult Of American Costs Versus Canadian Costs Is Just One Issue. The Other Issue is Choice of Products and the Level of Aggressive Retail Competition between Stores in America, where in Canada, it Seems to be a Competition Between which Canadian Wholesaler/Retailer Can be the Best at Ripping-Off the Consumer.

We Live One-Hour From The American Border (Massena New York). And Even though our Pickup Truck (F250) Uses a Lot of Gas, the Cost Difference in Gas Between Canada (Ontario) and the United States of America (Massena), Including the Cost to Cross the International Bridges Between Canada & America . . . More Than Compensates For The Total Cost Of Travel To America From Canada & Back Again.
And Then, When We Weigh-In the Savings on Food, the Benefit of a Wide Variety of Produce & Products that Simply are Not Available in Ontario (Mostly Canada) – The Savings are in the Hundreds of Dollars Per Shopping Trip – Even Taking Into Consideration The Disparity Of The US/Canadian Exchange Rate.

So glad you are close to US border & can get decent prices for food, etc. As for Dems, they’ve been openly showing their anti-USA motives for some time. Loved the photo of your young puppy. He is handsome and looks very happy. As always, I agree with your take on my country’s present regime. Too much chutzpah leads this administration to think they can order Netanyahu to do as they say. That won’t and can’t happen. Yesterday field commanders directed the troops to eliminate in Gaza 13 sons and grandsons of the Hamas Political Bureau leader Haneeh. Haneeh himself is hiding in Qatar. That is about 10% of the Islamic Jihad Hamas killed yesterday. Hostages. The Islamic Jihad beastial filth now can “find” only less than 40 hostages. Israel has captured thousands of Islamics Jihadists but likely will find less than 40… Iran has been warned… Directly.
Most of the Hostages are dead, probably from Brutal Treatment. Hamas has nothing to negotiate with so they fight on. Israel will continue to follow Bibi as he ignores Biden and his band of Liars. Biden has done such a Good Job Internationally that we are on the verge of a World War. I think DJT can sort out the Mess without a War, but we will have Civil War here, it is time.
