Homolka’s Right To Freedom Is Important To Everyone

Should the court live up to its word and give Homolka her unconditional freedom once she served her full sentence? YES!

If the government doesn’t keep its word. And if the courts within our land scheme not to keep their word. Who then can the people trust?

This is the case with Karla Holmoka, the sex-murderer of 3 young women in St Catherine’s Ontario, who was given a 12 year sentence in exchange for testimony against her husband (at that time) Paul Bernardo.

The Crown Attorney thought he was brilliant in making a deal with Homolka for 12 years behind bars, if she testified against Bernardo leading to his quick and clean conviction.

Homolka complied. She rolled over on Bernardo. And Bernardo will never see freedom again.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED SO THE CROWN ATTORNEY THOUGHT.

As it turns out though; Karla was just as savage and guilty as was her ex-husband. Perhaps even more so.

Right after the deal was made, and Bernardo’s fate was sealed, video tapes of the multiple murders were found in the Homolka/Bernardo home that showed Homolka to be a willing and happy participant in the rape, torture and murder of these two girls AND ONE MORE.

It turns out that Karla participated in the rape and sex murder of her own younger sister. This evil and depraved woman gave her sister to Bernardo as a birthday present to do with as he wished.

Is Homolka a fiend? YES!

Should Homolka have been kept behind bars like an animal for the rest of her life? YES!

Should the court live up to its word and give Homolka her unconditional freedom once she served her full sentence? YES!

But that’s not what the court is doing. And that’s not right.
