Funny Thing About The Greatest Negotiators Of All Time . . . Trump Keeps Giving Deadlines Or Else . . . And the Deadlines are Almost Always Extended, which Sends a Convoluted Message – What Is The Meaning Of Or Else?
I Don’t Want to See Iranian Non-Military Infrastructure Blown to Smithereens (Bridges, Roads, Power-Stations – Etc), Because I Don’t Want the People of Iran to Pay a Horrendous Price for the Evil of the Mullahs, the IRGC & Basij.
I Am Not Certain . . . But I Think The IRGC Wants American & Israeli Boots On The Ground.
There Is No Question Whatsoever . . . Iran Doesn’t Have a Snowball’s Chance in Hell of Beating America on the Water or in the Air . . . But On The Land, it all Becomes a Different Story, Much like Hamas & Hezbollah, who see Victory in How Many of their Enemies they Can Kill, No Matter How Many Of Their Own People Go Down In Battle, Including Civilians.
If You Think I’m Wrong? . . . Think Back About 80-Years Ago, when the Russians, who were Badly Out-Gunned, Out-Trained, Out-Manned, Out-Mechanized & Out Prepared – Defeated The Greatest War Machine At That Time (Nazi Germany), with a Scorched Earth Policy & Troops Prepared to Fight, Freeze, Starve & Take Nazi Bullets Instead of Surrender.
As I Have Said Repeatedly . . . For the World to be Free from the Iranian Islamic Cult, The Cult Must Be Eradicated. Unfortunately, Blowing-Up Infrastructure will Not Do-It. And an Invasion of Military Boots-On-The-Ground Will Also Not Do-It, Without A Huge Human Loss On All Sides.
The Iranians Also Understand that Public Opinion is Neither Trump’s Nor Israel’s Friend, as we Can See with NATO Holding-Back, and the American Political LEFT Doing all they Can Not to Openly Cheer for the Success of Iran.
Extended War Time, with the Loss of American Blood & Treasure will Not be Tolerated Domestically. And The Iranians Know-It.
America Can Choke-Out Iran’s Economy For Just So Long, because the More Iran Suffers, so Does America & More-So all of Europe & Asia.
Without An All-Out War, which Must Include the Gulf States Entering the Fray Along with NATO, and the Iranian People who Want to be Free . . . America Might Have Found Themselves With A Hill Too Steep To Climb. And I Would Not Depend on NATO or the Gulf States.
AS I SEE-IT – HOPEFULLY, IRAN MIGHT IMPLODE FROM THE INSIDE-OUT:
Besides The Will Of The People, there are Iranian Political Groups Vying for Power . . . Not that One Group Would Necessarily be Better than Another, since None that I am Aware-Of Stands for any Real Semblance of Democracy.
The Political Wing (Parliament) Is More Or Less Without Power.
The Ayatollahs are in Disarray, with the New National Leader (Son Of Khomeini) being AWOL, who Might or Might Not be Alive, Crippled, in a Coma or Too Scared to Come-Out of Hiding.
The Military Has Become Neutered by the Thousands of Israeli/American Bombs that Devastated their Air Force, Air Defense Systems & Navy.
The IRGC, with Approximately 150,000 Members, the Basij Shock Troops (Mostly Volunteer Plain Clothes Thugs) Answer to the IRGC, with as Many as 1-Million Members, who with the IRGC Seem to be Ruling the Roost, as the Iranian Army of Perhaps 1-Million Active & Reserve Troops, Try to Figure-Out on Whose Side of the Competing Power Wannabees they Should Be.
The Best Scenario I Can Imagine, would be an Internecine War (Revolution) from Within . . . as the Army, Aligned with the People, Try to Take Power from the Ayatollahs, IRGC, Basij and a Weak Parliament – Leaving America To Continue Their Blockade Of Iran Until The Iranian Dust Settles, While Israel Finishes The Job Against Hamas & Hezbollah.
I DON’T KNOW WHAT TRUMP MEANS BY GIVING IRAN 3-5 DAYS:
First It Was 10-Days. Yesterday Was Indefinite. And Today, It Is 3-5 Days For Iran To Make A Deal.
HOW DID PAKISTAN – WHICH HATES ISRAEL – BECOME THE MEDIATOR?
Israel Does Not Have The Luxury Of Standing Around Waiting For Trump To Make A Deal. Nor Does Israel Trust that Anything Good will Come from Pakistani Mediation.
And While Everything Is On Hold, Waiting for Iran to Crap Or Get-Off the Pot, Hamas & Hezbollah are Further Ensconcing Themselves Amongst their Respective Civilian Populations, Rearming & Preparing For The Next Round.
Whatever Happens With Iran – I Am Guessing Better Happen Soon.

Allied carpet-bombing of German cities killed thousands of civilians. Very few, if any, among Hitler’s enemies protested, though the wanton destruction was ghastly. The bombings hastened Germany’s surrender, thus likely saving countless lives. Forward to Iran, and the same scenario presents itself. Stop the dithering and get on with what has to be done. I trust that behind the scenes American military intelligence has used the cease-fire to pinpoint IRGC targets for rapid extermination.
