Where Is It Written That The Media Owner Has An Obligation To Keep A Loser Talent On The Air Or On The Payroll?

Neither Trump Nor The FCC Fired Kimmel. If Kimmel’s Ratings were Stellar, he Would Still be On-Air Spewing Whatever Garbage that Tickled his Fancy.
