Howard, probably the your most relevant editorial ever. Regarding Canada, Trudeau, by governing radically leftist, has effectively made the NDP and all other left parties irrelevant. He has turned us into a 2 party system like the US. Basically center-right and ultra left. There is honestly no need for NDP or Green anymore. There’s nothing for them to add or say. The Libs have stolen their thunder and are running with it. I would say it was a smart move politically but he’s too stupid for that.

I have told my Canadian friends many times over: what Canada needs is a Constitution similar to that of the US. With only ten provinces and half a dozen or so territories, Canada is very much like the 13 colonies that the US started with. Each with its own unique needs. The Founders used a lot of common sense and understood the dangers of DEMOCRACY. It is time for Canada to have a REAL CONSTTUTION and not the fake BS that it has now.
