Give it a few months of rule by fiat under the Biden administration and the potential for armed insurrection will have become so real that all in DC surrounded or not by “troops” to “protect” them from whomever they claim as “bad” will have become more than a reality. The most surprised people in France as their heads were being lopped off were those who simply could not understand the significance of their lack of knowledge and/or contact with the “little people.” Same here.
I totally agree with your stance on language. Maybe I lived a sheltered life, but with 32 years in the Military I most certainly heard my share of salty language. We used to say to those who carried that language out of the workplace. “Close the Hangar Doors.” What is there stays there.

Two more generations of my family have been born since I entered the scene in December 1958. EVERYTHING I do, I do for them and the generations that will follow. I’m an old lady, and I am battling a deadly cancer that has been putting up quite a fight for the last 5 years, but I love this country. I would die for this country. Every generation of my family preceding me has fought for freedom. WW1 was my great-grandfather and my great-uncles. WW2 was my grandfather. Korea was my dad. Vietnam was my uncle and father-in-law. My nieces served in Iraq. They left their own blood on foreign soil along with the enemy’s blood to defend freedom. It is heart and gut wrenching to see what is happening in America today. I’m too old to be young but too young to die and to my last breath, I WILL have my say no matter what. I hope and pray that America doesn’t devolve into a second Civil War, but I think we are close to that. For the first time in my life, I am truly frightened for America and what the future may bring.

The second civil war has already started when the Democrats refused to accept the results of the 2016 Presidential elections. For four years they tried to overturn the election results but to no avail. Georgia is among the states calling for this. If your state has not yet acted, you need to contact your state representative and insist that they join this call. Have you noticed that O’Biden seems more disoriented? On occasion when O’Biden signs an Executive Order that he doesn’t know what to do with the pen?
