Our President Donald Trump will win only if the SCOTUS wants to hear the truth of election fraud. They can decide not to hear the case!! So much Political BS in our election with Rinos helping it not to be before the court. I agree why is it only Lib Judges are hearing these cases which they automatically discharge. Politics is a DIRTY GAME, Hell is about to befall this great nation, a second Civil War is looming. GOD please save us from ourselves.

Justice Roberts is worthless to the preservation of individual liberty. As you said, he proved that re Obamacare. If this sham of an “election” is allowed to stand, there will never be another free & trustworthy election in America – at least in our lifetimes. Besides these leech politicians, we also have a huge problem in the judiciary. For all intents and purposes there is no realistic/practical check and balance against the judiciary. Term limits in Congress & judiciary are needed now.

Every part of our government has become politicized, even the SCOTUS. Dems ignore the Constitution and get away with it. Most politicians are in it for the money & power. There are now, hopefully, five conservative SCOTUS judges counting the 3 Trump put in plus Justices Thomas and Alito. If Roberts votes with liberals, would still be 5 against 4. Not sure about Breyer.
I won’t hold my breath hoping for salvation from the Supreme Court of America. The judicial system in Canada is completely CORRUPT and this includes out legal “profession”. This my experience that precedes your’s Howard. I have the goods but they can and are stonewalling so as to never see the light of the court room. It is likely that 5 justices will rule to nullify the Dem “victory” by whatever constitutional means necessary. They are Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett. The last three were nominated by Donald Trump. That is his enduring legacy. Thank God for Donald Trump.

As for SCOTUS, I think it is quite clear that Justice John Roberts has been compromised. His name has appeared on 2 lists in connection to Jefferey Epstein. So apparently, Johnnie has been on that plane and on that island, twice, maybe more. Judges, like Politicians, can be bought for the right price, or even have their families threatened or themselves. We are dealing with a Democratic Party that is nothing more than a group of thugs/criminals. This is what Trump was/is fighting. A real swamp!!

Roberts a Bush appointee was no good from the beginning. Bush after a state of the Union speech reminded him of a promise not to go against the second amendment and Roberts agreed, but I believe he would now that Bush is out, he can NOT be trusted or he might be compromised or being blackmailed by the left.
