I’M NOT AN ANN COULTER FAN . . . I never was, and never will be. BUT I AM A FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION FAN. It’s not that I don’t mostly agree with many of the things Ann Coulter says, as much as I find her to be DISAGREEABLE.
I think what finally did it for me, in terms of writing-off Ann Coulter, was when I Watched and Heard her say LIVE on Fox News, about 15-Years Ago, how Jews could NEVER go to Heaven, “BECAUSE JEWS ARE NOT PERFECTED”.
NOW DON’T GET ME WRONG . . . I couldn’t Give a Rat’s Ass what Ann Coulter says about Heaven, Hell, and who gets to go to either Place, since she knows as much about Heaven & Hell as my German Shepherd Dog Stryker Does. But what did, and does bother me about Ann Coulter, is the Mindset that Makes her Think she Really Knows that Jews Don’t Measure Up. And if that’s her Mindset, what else is ScrewedUp about her?
IN OTHER WORDS . . . To follow the Reasoning of Ann Coulter, I DON’T MEASURE UP, because I’m a Jew. So I guess my Opinion DOESN’T MATTER EITHER, because I’m a Jew. Or the Sacrifices I’ve Made on behalf of all People of both Genders, all Languages, all Races, all Religions, All Social Levels, and all Ages DOESN’T MATTER EITHER . . . Because I’m a Jew. Or how much Anne and I have DEVOTED to Animal Causes, Also, Because We’re Both Jews.
When Ann Coulter came to Ottawa University, about a Decade Ago, there was a SMALL Screaming Crowd Protesting that she was going to be speaking. SO . . . SHE DIDN’T SPEAK. It was a bit more complicated than that. But not much more. But Nonetheless, She Didn’t Speak.
I’M NOT TRYING TO MAKE MYSELF INTO SOMETHING THAT I’M NOT:
YEARS AGO . . . I made an arrangement to take a Group of Montrealers, 2-Busloads of Canadian Patriots, to New York City, where I gave a Speech at the Harvard Club to Wall Street Bankers.
Prior to getting on the Bus to make the Trip, there were Death Threats Uttered throughout Quebec, but specifically within Montreal against me, if I was to proceed with the Speech.
While I was in Washington DC at around the same time, Meeting with Members of Congress, Anne (my wife) was PHYSICALLY TAKEN OUT OF OUR HOME, for her own protection, and away from our Farm by the Police, because of Credible Kidnap Threats Against Her.
Bounties were Posted for my LIFE throughout Quebec, by people who had already Spent Time behind Bars for Violence and Murder in the name of Quebec Secession from Canada, and AGAINST Quebec’s English Speaking Community.
In one Separatist Journal, called La Tempête (The Storm), which was Published by a Convicted Murderer, Raymond Villeneuve, who already did time for Killing a Night Watchman in a Botched Bombing in Montreal, he had a Caricature drawn of me Mounted atop a Horse, my Hands were Bound, I was Wearing a Cowboy Hat (Because Of My Affinity For The American West) with a STAR OF DAVID in the Center of the Hat, and a Noose Dangled Around My Neck, with a Quebec Terrorist Holding a Rifle Pointed at my Head.
I LIVED LIKE THIS FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS . . . And BELIEVE me when I tell you this; it was extremely frightening, never knowing when or how I, Anne, our Dog or our Horses could be attacked. I feared Night & Day for Anne, and paid Serious Money to have Anne and our Property Protected 24/7, so I could at least NOT worry to death about Anne, the Animals, and the Farm.
I can’t tell you how many times I was Threatened on the Streets of Montreal, Spat at, and Assaulted, to the point that a Producer of CBS’S 60-Minutes, couldn’t believe it, as we walked down Sherbrooke Street on our way to a Meeting to discuss one of the 60-Minute Segments, when one man ran across 4-Lanes of Traffic for an Autograph, while another a few Feet Away Spat at me, missing by a foot or two.
AND EVERY TIME I APPEARED IN PUBLIC . . . Or Delivered a PRO-FREEDOM SPEECH, or staged a Rally, Boycott or Whatever – THE THREATS OF EXTREME VIOLENCE AGAINST ME WERE ALWAYS THERE & PALPABLE.
ANN COULTER DIDN’T DO HER CAUSE OR THE PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT HER PROUD:
I Saw Ann Coulter LIVE ON-AIR, a few days before the Planned Berkley Speech, declare for ALL TO HEAR, that whether Berkley would give her Permission to Speak or NOT, whether Berkley would give her a Venue or NOT, she would still be there “SPEAKING THROUGH A MEGAPHONE IF NEED BE”.
BUT INSTEAD OF WALKING THE WALK . . . ANN COULTER JUST TALKED THE TALK:
And instead of the Media (Fox News) asking how come Ann Coulter BACKED DOWN, and didn’t do what she promised to do . . . they instead made her into some kind of a HERO.
STAND UP OR SHUT UP!
The Day After . . . A Group Of Pro Freedom Activists – Visited Berkley, Some Of Them Were BIKERS FOR TRUMP, but most were there just because that’s where the FIGHT for FREEDOM OF SPEECH should have been . . . there was no Ann Coulter, which I guess is OK with Ann Coulter, because unlike a Jew like me, Ann Coulter’s “PERFECTED”, and already has her Spot Reserved In Heaven.
I WANT YOU TO THINK ABOUT SOMETHING:
Think about the People who went to Berkley the Day-After, willing to CONFRONT the Bastards who SHUT DOWN FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION. Think about the Beautiful Youngish Blond Woman, who we all Saw on television OVER & OVER AGAIN, during a Trump Rally, who was ATTACKED and ASSAULTED at the LOCKED Glass Door to the Venue, because the People inside were TOO FRIGHTENED to let her in.
NONETHELESS . . . SHE STOOD HER GROUND AGAINST A MOB!
Think About all the Brave Men and Women, who put themselves in Real Harm’s Way During Terrifying Times, like the Civil Rights Movement. And Except for the BIG NAMES like MLK and a few others, we have no idea who these other Very Brave and Dedicated Men and Women Were.
WE DO KNOW . . . that for the MOST PART, these Really Brave and Dedicated People weren’t Rich. They didn’t have Book Publishing Contracts and Publicists. They weren’t Booked to be on Radio and Television Shows, to appear with their Fawning Friends.

I watch fox news and feel pretty much as you do I don’t want to hear the Beckels and the Juans I want people who think as I do and it always up sets me but I figured Fox’s motto is fair and Balanced so I say to myself they are probably right and I am wrong and then you said I don’t want my face rubbed in it and that is just what I wanted to hear I felt it but didn’t know how to say it Howard your the Man !! Bravo, Howard! I am, however, concerned about Trump’s Domestic Affairs, e.g., REPEAL and REPLACE Obamacare and the same for Dodd-Frank. Both are big. Ann Coulter has a big mouth and a yellow stripe down her back that did not show until it came time for her to fish or cut bait. At lease you have pointed out nicely where she stands….. I’d asked you years ago about Coulter and all yo said was that you didn’t like her. I’m glad you qualified your position. I do believe she serves a good purpose now. I’m not so sure she’s anti-Semitic? I sure hope not. In any event she brings about the leftist agenda to ultimately destroy the first amendment. Berkeley must be defended. It was Berkeley that told her no…you will not speak.
Howard, I’ve always admired how you stood up against the Franco Fascists who tried to shut you up in Quebec. I could never be as brave as you or Anne. You fought so hard for the Anglos in Quebec but they didn’t do too much to help. Even in Ontario, you took up the cause of English-speakers but the courts refused to honour “The Charter” that Canada is so proud of. You have found the Americans more willing to fight for “Freedom” – keep up the good work!!

Until we realize the roots of that–and it was not Martin Luther–he was still a child of his time remembering some even earlier sources of anti Jewish trash. I found your comments about Ann C interesting. I often wondered what she did to gain the “fame” that many attributed to her. If the truth be told, and you did herein, the answer to my question is – nothing. Sometimes it is important for someone to point out that “the king ain’t wearing any clothes.” Thanks for doing so in regards to her and her claimed contributions.
Wow, some people complained for a double e-mail. I got it and it was such a minor distraction. I get around 500 e-mails a day of spam and other useless stuff. I would spend my day throwing fits at people if that worried me one bit.

Bravo on everything you said today. I guess Ann could be called a blowhard, but her venue is not in her favor. If she really wanted to make a statement, she would have done what Trump did at some of his rallies (OK, maybe Trump didn’t, but the idea is still good): find follower like Bikers For Trump to help protect her. Or find a place where the police will actually do their job. It’s just that simple. Keep up your good work sir!
If double emails set them off they have got to be liberals with too much free stuff and time on their hands from not working enough. Conservatives are too busy for non-sense complaining. Interesting stuff about Ann C and I do believe she should have showed up, after bragging that she would show no matter what on all the shows beforehand. That act of not showing up says mountains about who she really is.

Bravo Howard on both points — Not like Ann Coulter can’t afford to hire guards; & she said she was going to be there, follow thru. #2 If folks are regulars to your Editorials, they knew about the email notification issue so should have easily seen the two notices (all in one BTW) was your team’s effort to make sure everyone signed up actually got one. Do that first, then go back and remove duplicates. Kinda makes you wonder where the complainers’ heads are to respond like that.
