Figures Don’t Lie . . . But Liars Do Figure

The CBO (Congressional Budget Office) is an entirely INDEPENDENT government agency whose primary function is to estimate costs of government commitments and programs.

THE KEY WORD IN THE PROCEEDING IS INDEPENDENT.

Even though the CBO is “supposed” to be 100% politically neutral, as I imagine for the most part that it is; one always has to wonder just how neutral it can be under extreme government pressure, since many of its cost estimates can either make or break government programs, governments, and government leaders.

When Obama launched his healthcare proposal, the most significant argument came down to the cost of funding, specifically, whether Obamacare will cost more or less than the cost of healthcare in the future with Obamacare.

The CBO . . . headed by Democrat appointed Doug Elmendorf, whose term as CBO Director runs through until January 3, 2015 was “invited” to a meeting with Obama at the White House in late July 2009, supposedly to review the costs of Obamacare.

EXCUSE ME . . .

Inviting the Director of the CBO to such a high-powered and politically intense pressure-cooker is akin to having one lawyer in a critical case entertain the deciding Judge by excluding the other side. IT SIMPLY IS NOT DONE.

Even in professional sports, having access to referees are strictly off-limits to the teams.

And for Obama to have a PRIVATE meeting, especially at Obama’s insistence with the man whose job it is to INDEPENDENTLY assess the REAL cost of Obamacare, is in essence no less injurious to justice than JURY TAMPERING, or trying to fix a game, or screwing with a Judge.

Yet – Where was the outrage amongst the media . . . or . . . even amongst the Republican Party? Where was Boehner’s voice?

The problem with the media and the opposition with Obama and his acolytes, is that everyone gives the Obama scammers a FREE-RIDE for them to use their own statistics to lie like rugs, OR JUST MAKE IT UP, and run with their contrived statistics as though they were indeed facts.

JUST CALL OBAMA AND HIS LEFTIST PALS FOR WHAT THEY ARE . . . LIARS.

The latest “OBAMA TRUTH” is that the unemployment rate is now at 8.2%, while in reality, it is hovering in REAL numbers closer to 20% when you factor-in REAL LIFE details such as:

People who have given up looking for a job – People who have gone back to school – Students who have graduated, but haven’t been counted amongst the unemployed because they haven’t yet entered the workforce because there are no jobs for them – People who have part-time jobs – And people who are very much underemployed.

There’s a strange reality about being jobless or underemployed that is lost on the media and the political class, since those people who are suffering under Obama’s massive failures don’t need polls or political spin to know how bad things are, and how disconnected the media and government are from the truth – THEIR TRUTH, the REAL TRUTH about joblessness without media and political filters.

WHAT ABOUT THE TRUTH OF OBAMA/CLINTON’S FAILED FOREIGN POLICY?

To listen to, watch, and read the Obama spin on his Foreign Policies, you would think that he and Clinton are the BEST Foreign Affairs Duo in US history, where in TRUTH, everything SHOUTS to the opposite.

If the BEST Obama can point to . . . is that he OK’d the killing of Osama Bin Laden as his crowning Foreign Affairs Achievement – What does that say about the rest of his Foreign Affairs Policies?

Perhaps Don Corleone would consider Obama great for giving his OK to a successful hit. But, Obama isn’t the Mob’s Godfather. Or, perhaps by Obama’s Chicago standards, ordering a successful hit is the ultimate measure of success.

OBAMA’S ARAB SPRING:

Where’s the outrage from the media at how Obama helped to light the fuse on the Arab Spring come Arab NIGHTMARE, that now sees the entire Middle East moving inextricably towards a Caliphate, where the Moslem Brotherhood is seizing power everywhere, to the point that Obama and Clinton have welcomed these horrific Moslem Brotherhood THUGS into the White House?

WHAT ABOUT IRAN, THE PALESTINIAN ARABS, AND ISRAEL?

What does it say about the utterly failed strategy of containing Iran from developing nuclear weapons, while at the same time Obama/Clinton elevated the Palestinian Arabs, while throwing Israel as far under the bus as Obama and Clinton could get away with?

THE RUSSIAN DEBACLE:

Why are the media not screaming Blue Murder about Obama being caught on an open microphone in conversation with Russian leader Medvedev, assuring him and Putin that after Obama is reelected . . . he will be MORE flexible when it comes to missile negotiations?

And why isn’t the media blaming Obama and Clinton for the FINGER the North Koreans are giving to the USA and the rest of the world, as the North Koreans prepare to launch an inter-continental missile and explode yet another nuclear bomb?

THE OBAMA WAR ON WOMEN:

The Cirque du Soleil would be impressed with Obama at his acrobatics over the CONTRIVED war on women, which Obama accuses Republicans of declaring. Yet, not only is there no proof, or even a scintilla of validity to Obama’s charge that Republicans want to see women disadvantaged, there is every semblance of proof that the reality is to the contrary.

While it is absolutely TRUE that women in the United States of America have EVERY Freedom and RIGHT enjoyed by men, it is also absolutely true that the ONLY person and Party who are using women like pawns for political purposes are Obama and his Democrats.

To claim that women are being trashed by the Republicans . . . because most Republicans don’t want to fund the sexual habits of women, is not just nuts, it is an insult to all women.

And if women’s rights are really so important to Obama and company, as he and they claim, how does he and they explain welcoming the Moslem Brotherhood into the White House, since the Brotherhood is all about CRUSHING women’s RIGHTS in the most brutal of ways?

AND HERE’S A NEWS FLASH FOR OBAMA AND THE LEFT:

According to just about every honest study, women are doing better than men in MOST of the important criteria based upon education, professional advancement and promotions to management positions in the work place on a proportional basis.

AND THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE:

Not only does Obama have to LIE about his perceived victories, of which I can think of none; he has to LIE about all of his dismal failures, of which I can think of many.

While the polls are showing Obama in a neck and neck tie with Romney, they also show a roller-coaster ride with support from key groups like Women, Blacks who might not turn out in significant numbers to vote, Hispanics and Jews, just as they show a constant minimal rise and substantial fall in his approval ratings.

SO . . . HERE’S THE TRUTH ABOUT OBAMA AS I SEE IT:

Forget the polls. Forget the LEFTIST media propaganda. Forget the hype coming out of Obama’s White house. And forget about the hysterics coming from scared Conservatives, since all of them together don’t amount to a Hill of Beans.

FOCUS ON ONE THING – AND ONE THING ONLY . . . FOCUS ON THE TRUTH, and Obama will indeed be a ONE-TERM President.
