I’ve been out of town for a few days with limited access to emails, even though I do the best I can to read and respond to them on my I-Phone. So . . . to all the people who sent me emails, which I couldn’t respond to . . . I’m sorry.
A FEW KORANS WERE BURNT – SO WHAT?
If the burning of a Koran is cause to riot and murder, it says all that needs to be said about the people who live by the word of the Koran, and of the Koran itself.
While staying at the hotel where I was, I only had access to CNN News . . . not FOX, so I was treated every morning to a steady diet of drivel.
One of the guests on the Friday (February 24, 2012) morning show said in comparison to the burning of the Korans:
“How would we like it if in Saudi Arabia they burnt the Bible?
PARDON . . . ?
It boggles the mind to the depth of stupidity that comes forth from the mouths of the LEFT. If CNN has any value at all as a broadcaster, it is just to show how utterly mind-numbing, uninformed and ignorant so many people in a position of “trust” can be.
1 – In Saudi Arabia, it is against the law, and it is a punishable offence to show a Christian religious symbol INCLUDING the Bible.
2 – In Saudi Arabia, any non-Islamic (read Christian) proselytizing, even behind closed doors is punishable by death.
3 – In Saudi Arabia, the law FORBIDS Jews to even step foot onto Saudi soil.
So, to use Saudi Arabia, as an example to show the “other side” of this issue is as dumb and uniformed as it gets. Actually, it’s an insult to the intelligence of their audience.
MOSLEM HYPOCRISY ON STEROIDS:
If the Moslems are so upset over the burning of a few Korans, to the point of murder and mayhem, what should we say when competing Moslem Sects blow-up each other’s Mosques destroying their OWN Korans?
WHO CARES ABOUT JUDEO/CHRISTIAN VALUES AND SENSITIVITIES?
How many times has Christianity been kicked where the sun doesn’t shine, especially where Christianity lives and thrives in America? And what about the scandalous way the Virgin Mary has been portrayed in the so-called arts, or the Crucifix that was submerged in urine, also as an “expression” of art?
Or the literal banning of the word Christmas and Christmas Icons and images from just about all Public Places – And Allah FORBID . . . the public exhibition of those dreaded Jewish/Christian TEN COMMANDMENTS?
Where’s the outrage from the Moslem world to the murders and mayhem against Christians that has become a daily event throughout the Moslem Middle East and North Africa, where churches are routinely burnt, very often with men, women and children locked inside?
And shouldn’t the rape of Christian women and young girls at the hands of Moslems count for something, or the Christian preacher in Iran who is slated for execution for proselytizing, unless he denounces his Christianity and accepts Islam back into his heart?
If burning a Koran is a justifiable reason to riot and murder, then Christians and Jews have MORE than enough reason to do the same to Islamists.
But, that won’t happen, because that is not who we are . . . or what we are.
We are confident enough in our beliefs, or even disbeliefs to shrug it off. Also, we know that not all Moslems are out to get us. But, unfortunately for them and us, the voices of these Moslems are silent.
AT WHAT POINT DO WE SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH?
When Obama sends a written letter of apology to SCUM-LEADER Hamid Karzai of Afghanistan for the burning of a few Korans by American troops . . . that has led to riots and the MURDER of two American soldiers and two American consultants, it behooves me to think of Obama in any terms other than of him being an Idiot or a Quisling.
And when Obama’s top lieutenants in Cabinet, and in his military also start with their groveling apologies – It CANNOT get much more over-the-top than that.
WHAT AN UNMITIGATED WASTE:
It is estimated that the USA has spent as much as, and possibly MORE than 4 TRILLION dollars fighting a NO-WIN series of wars in the cauldron of Islam, where more than SIX THOUSAND American troops have died, with many THOUSANDS of others who’ve received permanent wounds, along with HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS who will in one way or another suffer from the memories of fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan for the rest of their lives.
And then there are Canadian Troops who’ve lost more soldiers in Afghanistan than just about all of the NATO troops combined with the exception of the USA.
THEY’RE NOT WORTH IT – NOT EVEN BY A LITTLE BIT.
For what it’s worth – Pull the troops out of every Middle Eastern/Moslem country, and let them have at it until they decide which clans, tribes, or sects should run their multiple Tyrannies. And that includes Syria.
AND THEN THERE’S IRAN:
The civilized world should do whatever it can to remove any nuclear threat Iran will possess before it’s too late; BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY that won’t cost Western or Israeli lives.
And as for Israel . . . a country that has NEVER asked America or anyone else to provide troops to fight Israel’s battles:
Just keep arming the Israelis, and get off their case about the smoke and mirrors fabricated Palestinians, since Israel is Israel from the Jordan River, to the borders of Syria and Lebanon, to the border of Egypt, to the Mediterranean, and everything in between.
HOW TO FIX THE ISLAMIC PROBLEM OF THEIR OWN MAKING:
In November 2012 – ELECT a President who knows the difference between good guys and bad guys, who stands up for America opposed to apologizing for America, who doesn’t BOW to a Moslem Dictator, and who doesn’t extol the virtues of Islam while denigrating the real successes of America.
Elect a President in November who will call Islamic Terrorism for what it is, instead of inventing ways to describe Moslems who murder innocent people in the name of Islam, Mohammed, and Allah, so as not to piss them off or make them feel bad.
AND IF MOSLEMS REALLY WANT A FIGHT – GIVE IT TO THEM, but not with white gloves or with the intention of nation building.
As far as I’m concerned . . . ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Apology-Time-Is-Over.

In 2012 my wife and I visited the CFB in Trenton, ON, we rode our Motorcycle in the HHR (Heros Highway Ride). I Met Trapper Cane (Canadian Vet), spoke to many other Canadian Military & Vets. I developed a new respect for our Brothers to the North. Americans tend to be somewhat egocentric because of our involvement in the “big wars” But we must realize as a percent of population Canada has contributed as much or more that we have. So As I honor our Vets (me being one) I honor Canada as well.
