If Israel Does Not Defend Itself, Israel Will Cease To Exist.

Israel will NEVER have peace with these savages by being nice. So why should they bother trying?

Middle Eastern Arabs and Islamists are their own worst enemies. The enabling sycophant anti-Semitic United Nations and its supporters come in a close second.

The day before Yom Kippur, yet another Palestinian TERRORIST did her evil deed by killing 19 people and wounding dozens more as these innocents sat enjoying their meals in a Haifa restaurant.

To the Arabs, the Islamists, and the UN, this was simply yet another act of desperation on the part of the “poor” Palestinians who are compelled by the Zionists to participate in this type of horror.

On October 6, 1973, the combined armies of Syria and Egypt sneak attacked Israel during the religious observation of Yom Kippur, Judaism’s holiest of days where we beg for forgiveness for all of our sins and transgressions.

Yom Kippur is a solemn holy day, the culmination of the week long Jewish New Year, where Jews fast for 25 hours to show their contrition, and willingness to pay a price for their past sins, and a commitment to live a more moral and ethical life in the new year.

This is the day the two Arab armies chose to attack Israel.

It was an enormous mistake made by Prime Minister Golda Meir to order the Israeli military to stand down just prior to the attack, so as not to send a message to Israel’s Arab neighbors that there was any hint of belligerence coming from Israel.

This order to the IDF (Israeli Defense Force) from Golda Meir was against the best advice she received from her top generals. Her order resulted in the death of some 2,500 Israelis, and the wounding of 7,500 more.

But it could have been worse. Israel would have fallen if:

1) The Syrians and Egyptians were not so confident and eager to finish off the Israeli Jews they surprised, that they didn’t bother to continue to coordinate their attack, each wanting to be the first to drive the Jews into the sea.

2) General Ariel Sharon had not crossed the Suez Canal in one of the greatest military moves ever, and creamed the Egyptian Third Army.

In fact, had it not been for the intervention of Kissinger, Sharon could have easily wiped out the entire Egyptian 3rd Army. But he didn’t. He let them limp home instead.

At the end of this war; Israel was battered, bruised and a whole lot less confidant. It didn’t matter that Israel beat back the Egyptians and Syrians, sending them running to their respective homes with their tails between their legs.

What mattered, was that Israel came close to losing. And for Israel to lose, there is no second chance. One loss, and its not only goodbye Israel, but it’s also goodbye to the lives of millions of Jews.

On the eve of this Yom Kippur, Israel sent a message to the Arab world. Instead of simply going to the West Bank and Gaza, and blowing up a house or two in retaliation for the latest mass murder caused by a Palestinian suicide murderer, Israel struck deep into the heart of the TERRORIST state of Syria.

Israel’s intentions were clear. At least they were to me.

1) Israel showed they could hit their enemies anywhere and at any time.

2) Israel is not worried about an all out war against a country (Syria) that is still legally at war against Israel, and an eager host to murderers of Jews.

3) Israel also showed that they have had enough of the never ending TERRORIST attacks, and are quite willing to do what has to be done to end this barbarism.

There is absolutely no question whatsoever that Israel will NEVER get justice from the world community, and if Israel is to survive, it will do so only because of their willingness to fight for their survival, opposed to hoping for fairness from the rest of the world.

30 years ago, almost to the day, Golda Meir, a nice lady who was dedicated to great social causes almost cost the Jewish people a Nation and a Homeland, simply because she pinned all of her trust on the “goodwill” of her enemy neighbors.

This should not ever happen again.

History has repeatedly taught the world that amongst the Arabs, there is no goodwill when it comes to Israel. There is only hatred and savagery. Therefore, to assume anything else is a dangerous supposition.

History has also taught us that the Arabs are the kings of self-delusion.

In 1967, the Arabs took a terrible beating at the hands of the IDF, yet somehow they claimed victory, even though the Syrians lost the Golan Heights, the Egyptians lost the Sinai and Gaza, and the Jordanians lost the West Bank including Western Jerusalem.

In 1973, the Arabs snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, in spite of their gargantuan early successes in the Yom Kippur War, not only did the Arabs lose everything they gained, they also had to beg the world community and the USA to keep the Israelis from crushing them.

Yet, in Egypt and Syria, the war of 1973 was for them a huge victory they celebrate even today. In the twisted logic of the Egyptians for example, this “victory” was sufficient for Anwar Sadat to visit Israel in a demonstration of peace.

The Arabs also took Israel’s willingness to leave the Lebanese Security Zone as a huge victory. And Oslo was for them the greatest victory of all.

Here were the “poor” Palestinians led by the father of modern day TERRORISM, Yasser Arafat, who convinced the world body to force Israel to recognize that Palestine should be a sovereign nation.

And when Israel bowed to world pressure under the leadership of yet another Israeli socialist dreamer, Yitzhak Rabin, Arafat took that as a precursor to squeezing more out of the Jewish state through TERRORISM.

At one point, all of this has to come to an end. No nation on earth, which is so capable of defending itself such as Israel, is expected to take a never ending physical and psychological beating at the hands of savages. No nation other than Israel that is.

To continue on this path delivers all sorts of horrible consequences.

1) Being a victim of TERROR becomes an acceptable way of life, as it already has become. When I hear the press speak of “acceptable” levels of violence against Israeli Jews, I can puke. No level of violence or TERROR is acceptable.

2) Not defending yourself begs for more attacks.

3) And taking it sitting down as the Israelis are doing is a magnet for disrespect from the entire world body.

It is much easier for me, sitting in the comfortable confines of the safety of my Canadian home to lecture the Israeli government, since they’re on the front lines and I’m not. But, for what it’s worth; here is what I believe Israel must do.

1) Kill Arafat.

2) Send their best commandos into the West Bank and Gaza, backed up by the Israeli air force and tanks, and finish off the TERRORISTS and any other Palestinian with a gun. And if necessary, bulldoze whole communities which harbor TERRORISTS.

3) Launch a full scale military attack against Hezbollah, Hamas and other TERRORIST targets in Syria. And if Syrian troops want to engage, so much the better. I would consider that a bonus.

4) And then send a message to all of Israel’s Arab neighbors, that they too will pay a military price for supporting TERRORIST groups in their despicable war against Jewish civilians.

Israel will NEVER have peace with these savages by being nice. So why should they bother trying?

The Americans proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that being a nice guy amongst thugs gets you nothing but a bloody nose and 9/11.

Once the USA decided that it was time for the gloves to come off, and went to real war against America’s enemies; America’s enemies crawled back into the shadows praying for safety.

Everyone in the US was paralysed with fear of another attack after 9/11 with good reason. Had it not been for the decisive, aggressive and no holds barred actions of the Bush Presidency, there would have been other attacks.

Just like there are other routine attacks against Jews in Israel.

If Israel is defeated by its Arab neighbors, it will not be because Israel was incapable of defending itself. It will only be because Israel chose not to defend itself.

With the attack on Syrian sovereign soil on the eve of Yom Kippur, Israel sent a message to the entire Arab world. Not only has Israel had enoug: Israel is ready to take it to the next level.

It will be extremely interesting to see if the Arabs have the guts to come out from the shadows, and from under their rocks, and take the Israelis on face to face: or to simply whimper at the UN.

Personally, I think the Middle Eastern Arab enemies of Israel are scum, cowards and an aberration to humanity. And instead of going toe to toe against Israel, they’ll continue murdering Jewish civilians with human bombs wherever possible.

It is more than time for this Arab/Islamic humanitarian disgrace to be brought to an abrupt end.

Waking up to hear that Israel attacked their enemy on Syrian soil was the first piece of good news in 3 years. And even though this is a sad way for Israel and the Jewish Diaspora to start the new year, it is better than the status quo.
