Howard, you wrote that Iran cannot be trusted, you know it and I know it, but I’m not so sure that Trump and his negotiators know it, otherwise, how do you explain the “positive” statements they keep on issuing about the state of the negotiations. The Iranians are masters of deception and lies, in their cultures it’s acceptable and there is no shame in getting caught lying, I could think of few other better qualified people to negotiate with Iran then “the son in law” (General Kean for one
Without weapons, Iranian civilians CANNOT liberate themselves from the Islamic thugocracy that has brutalised them for decades. Only “boots on the ground” can achieve this noble objective. Forget the quisling naysayers, woke cowards and anti-American traitors; unleash the finest military force in the world and annihilate the dirty bastards. Only then will there be peace in the Middle East. You cannot negotiate with terrorists. To achieve a lasting peace we have no choice but to kill them.

Even if arms are supplied to the 80 million Iranians who abhor this regime they have no idea how to use them, let alone have the stomach for killing another human being. On the other hand, the 10 million regime supporters are very knowledgeable re firearms and killing. That is why there must be a boots on the ground solution, starting with the groups equipped and willing to do this (ie. the Kurds). There will be regime change but it will take time and will require some semblance of civil war.
