Islam is not a religion per se. It is a global hegemonic movement bent on world domination, and by any means necessary. It is fundamentally incompatible with democracy. Firstly, understand that. Now figure out what to do.

Most of us know the story of the Trojan horse and how it stood peacefully outside the walls of Troy, loaded with soldiers who sneaked inside Troy and defeated it. Give that horse its modern name -“Caliphate”. We are seeing Islamists, in large numbers, sneaking into countries all over the world through immigration. They are overcoming other religions and democracies in their relentless goal of conquering the world and making it a Caliphate in the name of Islam. Wake up, World! Wake up Canada!
I fully agree w/ both Perry and James, above. Keep in mind Islam is a theocracy and Sharia Law is the governing law. Muslim is the religion of Islam. (Some people have trouble keeping Islam and the Muslim Religion separate.) Nevertheless, the goal of Islam is to destroy every other religion —– including the USA. All religions are based on love . . . whereas, Islam (and Muslims) is (are) based on hate, blood and violence to convert people to their religion, following Mohammad’s teaching.

I concur here with what Perry Birman wrote. But you have come to the same conclusion that I have. “Fighting to keep what we have” must be the path we chose if we are to maintain our freedoms.
Immigration is ours to be controlled. Islam is incompatible with judeo -christian and democratic society. This will not end well, we must push back harder than they push forward. There is no other way.
There is a difference between Freedom of Speech and freedom of action. Anybody should be able to climb upon their soapbox and shout any BS they want, except for incitement to violence or a call to commit treason. However, blocking the entrance to a place of worship, stopping traffic, or painting graffiti on any property not theirs is not protected speech. C-9 was intended to protect against antisemitism, but it is a slippery slope. In Germany and the UK, people fear what they say in private.
