ACCORDING TO CANADIAN MEDIA ANNE & I RISKED LIFE & LIMB TO TRAVEL SOUTH:
If You Were To Follow Much, If Not Most Of Canada’s Media & The Snowbird Association, you would Learn that Travel to the United States of America is Fraught with Challenges & Risks to Canadians Traveling Across the American Border . . . Nonetheless, Anne & I Agreed To Run The Risk.
Yesterday, Anne & I Decided to Leave the Dogs at Home in their Glorious Covered Gazebo with Two Fans, Fresh Water & Toys Aplenty, to Keep them from the Ravages of America’s Border Guards, Just in Case we Should Find Ourselves Apprehended at the US Border for Whatever Reason.
As We Approached The American Guardians At Their Gate, with Great Trepidation, Anne & I Pulled-Up, Handed the Border Guard our Nexus Cards . . . And There It Started.
The Uniformed Border Guard Looked At Us As We Drove-Up. He Took Our Nexus Cards, Leaned Forward & Asked where we were Going, Asked for How Long, Asked for What Purpose, and then Leaned Even Closer Towards Me, And With A Big Smile Wished Us A Great Day.
There were About a Dozen Canadian Plated Cars Crossing the Same Border (Different Booths) just as we were at Massena New York. And from What Anne & I were Able to Observe, I Don’t Think any Canadian Crosser Spent More than a Minute Being Questioned at Any of the Border Booths.
As For The Dogs . . . The only Reason We left them at Home, was Because it was Too Warm a Day to Leave them in the F-250 as we Shopped. And Every-Time we Cross South with the Shepherds, the Conversation seems to Always Focus on How Much the Border Guards are Impressed with our Two Big Boys.
We Love Traveling With The Shepherds . . . But Some-Times It’s Better (Easier) Not To.
In Contrast . . . We Are Generally Treated Better (More Politely) Going Into The USA than we Are by Canadian Customs-Guards on our Return. And This Isn’t Anecdotal.
In Hundreds Of Crossing Into The USA Over Many Decades . . . There were Only Two Times Anne & I Can Remember When we were Treated Badly at the US Border.
So, If You Are A Canadian Reading This BLOG & Like To Travel South, Be Advised About the Truth of Cross Border Travel . . . For Whatever Reason – The Canadian Media Are Full Of Beans Vis-À-Vis Travel To America.

After reading about and following the Evil Islamists actions over the last few years, I have come to realize that this is a Religious War. The Islamists have been at war with Christianity as well as the Jewish people for 3000:years! The Islamists want to rule the world with Sharia Law, as dictated by their Koran. They will never change. I believe president Trump is again several steps ahead of everyone. My opinion is he knows hamas will turn done the deal and then the good guys, Isreal with Trump’s backing can finish the job. I suspect PM Netanyahu apologized to get the Peace agreement moving forward. HAMAS is now isolated with even Qatar calling for an end to the fighting. So if HAMAS can be rid of and Gaza rebuilt, so much the better. I am sure Bibi will not hesitate to bomb HAMAS HQ in Qatar again if needed. Too bad the last strike missed the intended targets but better luck next time. I hope that groups with death of Israel in their charters are not the participants in this new peace deal if it is enacted.

It’s my opinion that President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu know exactly what they are doing. There comes a time when great leaders have to look ahead and think out of the box to save their countries and their people. This is such a time. G-d bless them both.
Great editorial HG! I agree with others that DJT & BIBI are great chess players. Actually, I look to the day that Israel once again fully controls Gaza AND the West Bank. This is all land promised to Israel thousands of years ago. So-called “Palestinians ” should realize the grace, freedoms, opportunities and safety Israel can provide them if they act and live responsibly under Israeli control since they are unwilling to live in surrounding Arab nations.

Howard, I like your fourth pick for the republican presidencial primary in August of 2028 but I would like to add a fourth candidate – Stephen Miller. I still prefer JD Vance for President but the VP choice would be terribly hard to choose from the remaining three. Of course Hegseth should remain as Sec. of War.
