As far as the USA, our Congress needs to resurrect the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 that blocked the gov from being able to use propaganda on Americans and the World. It was repealed by Obama in 2012 They are at this moment having a huge memorial and prayer vigil in AZ for Charlie and in the middle of all the signs and flowers is a huge Canadian flag.
