Perhaps 20 years ago I used to go to JDL meetings and some protests in Toronto. I was not a member but supported them. My Jewish family and friends disliked them. I once went to CJA (the central Jewish organization) who would not only not support them as they did other groups, but showed their obvious distaste for anything to do with JDL. I doubt whether that opinion has changed. Jews and their leadership are essentially pacifists and this part of their culture must change for survival.
